President George W. Bush on February 1st, 2003 had to make a difficult speech regarding the accident that occurred that morning. As the president, he had a duty to announce to the public about the tragic event in order to inform and calm the residence of the United States. Through this speech, George Bush showed impressive organization and diction in order to achieve his goal. Initially President Bush unfolds the details about the accident.
