HIV and Aids activist, Mary Fisher, at the 1992 Republican address, speaks on how the Republican party needs to lift the shroud of silence on the major issue of aids and hiv. Fisher’s purpose is shed light on the topic of these diseases that are silent killers that are murdering by the masses.
