Throughout our lives we are taught and reminded about the issues we once and still deal with today, racism; One of which bring up MLK’s powerful speech “I have a dream” In King's speech he uses many rhetorical devices to bring the importance of what society was dealing with.

MLK uses a powerful tone to emphasize his repetition on the phrase “I have a dream” The way he uses this throughout his speech comes across very powerful, King shows how important the words he says completely true and how he strives for change in society.
