As we grow up people often say get out in the world, explore, have fun you only live once, the louder you are the more you’re heard and the quiet ones aren't really noticed. People think that being social and very outgoing is a good characteristic to have and it will get you farther in a workplace environment, having lots of friends, or just for others to like you better rather than a person that’s quiet all the time.
