Philip Malloy, a 9th grader at Harrison High School, was suspended for singing our national anthem aka "The Star Spangled Banner." His teacher, Miss Margaret Narwin, was the one who supposedly "brought fourth the suspension" of this boy, Philip Malloy. On a regular day in school, Philip Was in his homeroom class when "The Star Spangled Banner" came onto the loud speaker in his school during the morning exercises.
