The candidate that I have chosen to write about is Bernie Sanders. Bernie Sander is a candidate with the democrat party that is running against Hillary Clinton who is also another democrat. Majority of Sanders supporters is the younger demographic, mainly because of his fight to make college free for students. Bernie Sanders advertisement is mainly in the digital medium especially the internet. The main medium for Bernie sanders is social media. Earlier I mention that a majority Bernie Sanders supporters are millennials, who are constantly on and the web and social media. Sanders advertisements on the social media will usually be a videos of Bernie Sanders fighting against cooperate businesses. Many of the millennials are have a liberal view and are against giant corporation companies. …show more content…
While watching his commercial Ads. “Together” was focusing minorities. He mentioned slogan in the commercial is “We Stand Together” no matter your skin color, gender, American or immigrant, and etc. Also in Bernie Sanders’ commercial, most of his models were minorities from a variety of races and ages. The commercial was well done having many pictures of different people and mix matching their faces, messaging that we are not that different from each other. He displaying that we are all people and that “We Stand Together” Continuing to talk about Bernie Sanders commercial advertisement, another demographic that he is targeting is the LGBT. In almost all his advertisements he either mention gay rights or show a happy gay couple together. Bernie has also mention he fully supports gay marriage. Even with Bernie’s ads on television the gay couple would also have happy kid, showing a happy family as the cherry on
