1.) Rhetorical Awareness
When writing with rhetorical awareness, the purpose, audience, stakeholder, and the context. The writing is persuasive as well to try to get the point across. The concepts in user-centered design are to think about the audience, consider the readers, identify easy accessible and understandable information, and make it persuasive.

2.) Applying User-Centered Design
There are three different styles of design used when writing. Document design should be easy to navigate and consist of a clear, table of context, section headers and page numbers. Second being Information design being easy to understand, contain more specific information, and begin with abstract summaries, and third being sentence design being easy to read.
