There are many different ideas out there about to enjoy and pass time. It might be reading, running, swimming, and listening to music. Mine is dirt biking. Dirt biking offers a lot of new adventures, risk, and brings people together and closer. There is risk every time I get on my dirt bike. I realized that after I crashed one day and tore my ACL. Tearing my ACL really opened my eyes about dirt biking. I used to think that it was just fun and games, but now it’s more than that. It’s also a big risk getting on my dirt bike. I tore my ACL because I didn’t account the risks I was taking. Now I realize how big the risk really was because either I would clear the jump, crash the jump, or take out someone else and crash on the jump. That’s a huge risk to take. …show more content…
Without out dirt biking I never would have met some of the friends I have today. The friends I have today live very close and I never would have known that if I didn’t start dirt biking. Dirt biking also brings people together because if you fall or crash and can’t pick your bike up. Your friend will come help you building a trust. Without this I would have been stranded many times but with the trust you build you know someone will come and help you out. This is the same thing for if you run out of gas. Since we’ve built up trust we know that someone will give us gas so we can continue to ride on. I believe in dirt biking. Others might believe in music. Some believe in food. I believe in dirt biking because it brings people together and build trust between those people. Dirt biking also take a lot of risk to do it, there is a chance for injury every time you go out. Dirt biking brings new adventures too. Every time you start your bike you start a never adventure.
