Robert Gladden Jr. was arrested for shooting and wounding a classmate at The Perry Hall High School in Maryland. He is currently on suicide watch and his attorney has asked for a delay on his bail review hearing. He faces 29 charges including attempted murder. He has been released from a psychiatric hospital and he is now in a county detention center.
Gladden said he would like to meet the victim and express his remorse. The victim was 17 year-old Daniel Borowy. He was treated in a hospital for two weeks. Gladden was apparently trying to get one of the cops to kill him, also known as “suicide by cop”.
