Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Department: Executive Office Introduction: This position performs under the direct supervision of the president and vice president. The occupant is responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to the executive team. In addition to administrative support, this position performs duties such as data entry, proofreading, liaising with administrative personnel in other departments, and working on special projects when required.

Major Duties:
1. Schedules and organizes meetings, travel, conferences and companywide activities.
2. Calendar management for executive team.
3. Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system for executive office.
4. Receives and directs incoming calls taking messages or answering routine questions when necessary.
5. Sorts and distributes mail.
6. Receives and responds to email inquiries.
7. Creates and types general internal and external correspondence.
8. Proofread material prepared by other staff members.
9. Collects departmental monthly progress reports and complies data in end of month reports for executive officers.
10. Inventory and stock office supplies.
11. Serve as back up support for other department heads when called upon.
12. Perform out of office business errands when requested.
13. All other related duties as assigned.
