Connecticut delegate Roger Sherman, also known as the Forgotten Founder, was the only delegate to sign all four of the most significant documents. As a man of many trades, Sherman was elected to represent Connecticut in 1787 at the Constitutional Convention where he started to voice his federalist viewpoints.
