The courtroom workgroup consists of the Judge, Prosecutor, and Defense. The judge has many roles in the courtroom. They understand the law, evaluate the evidence presented, and regulator how hearings and trials unfold in their courtrooms. The Prosecutor do everything they can to win a conviction. All prosecutors must uphold the law and pursue charges against lawbreakers. And the defense protecting his client's interests and making sure the law works as it should. They responsible for defending individuals who are charged with crimes and felonies. A prosecutors and defense lawyers complete the same education. Prosecutors and defense attorneys are both key players in the criminal court system. Judges and prosecutors hold a dangerous role as key actors in the prevention of anguish. Judges determine the guilt or innocence of criminal defendants and impose sentences on defendants found guilty. Prosecutors are charged with the responsibility of enforcing criminal laws and representing the victims of crime. A defense attorney and a judge don’t have any similarities the only anything is that they work in the courtroom together.
