Death Penalty
Death penalty can be applied to anyone that has committed a crime that is severe. U.S government and U.S Military are approving these laws, but what they don’t know is that they are breaking some laws as well. In the United States there are thirty-three states approving the death penalty and seventeen states that have abolish the death penalty. Death penalty doesn’t apply to everyone: government officials have said that criminals have to pay for their crime. Death penalty should not exist for the following, breaking Amendment Eight / unconstitutional, legal methods are being used, and Government officials have committed and mistaken the wrong person sentence to the death penalty.

By using the death penalty it’s not only breaking the law but also the suffering to others that have committed a crime. “I would hold capital punishment violates 8th amendment to constitution. Death penalty is both cruel and therefore, unconstitutional” (William O’Neil). Amendment Eight says “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishment inflicted”. By sentencing someone is not going to reverse what has been committed. Death penalty is pointless and unnecessary but worse the infliction of suffering to others. Methods being used for injection and death penalty are illegal, and it should be abolish. Some of the drug is used for non-human people, animals in other case. “Antithetic will turn someone unconscious, pancuronium will paralyze the body muscle and potassium will stop heart rate and lungs to keep working”. Some medications shouldn’t be permitted or legalized because if that person is being convicted of any murder or crime than why can the government be using these methods. These methods you’re making a punishment those us cruel and unacceptable. If the U.S Government and Military are using the death penalty in 33 states and 17 states have abolish the
