Love is never an easy ride like a rollercoaster there will be ups and downs. In the play,"Romeo and Juliet" by William Shakespeare, love contributes to Romeo being banished/Juliet being disowned by Showing that the characters will do anything for the ones they love even if the punishment is bad. Romeo loves Mercutio and when he is killed by Tybalt Romeos love for Mercutio causes him to go after Tybalt and killing him. Juliet's love for Romeo causes her to refuse Paris and because of this Juliet is disowned by her father. Love is a very power feeling that can cause you to do something that you may not otherwise do. I tell thee what: get thee to church o’ Thursday,Or never after look me in the face.” (3,5,166-168) “I pray you, tell my lord and father, madam, I will not marry yet, and when I do I swear It shall be Romeo, whom you know I hate, Rather than Paris. These are news indeed!”(3,5,125-28) these displays how Juliet, knowing that she is in love with and married to Romeo says no because she love Romeo enough that she will refuse marriage if that is the best way for her to be able to have the most time with Romeo. Juliet acts out against her parents and this is causes her to be disowned which means that Juliet is now homeless and she just for her love of Romeo has become homeless instead of marry someone
