Love sometimes causes people to do crazy things that normally they would never do. The play Romeo and Juliet By william shakespeare is a play about two kids that fall in love,but this love is forbidden. This play tells the story of the risks they are willing to make for love and each other. Juliet is one of the two main characters. Juliet capulet 13 years old and is in love with Romeo who is a montague and their families are rivals with the capulets. Romeo and Juliet had to keep their love a secret. Juliet's love for Romeo caused her to do things that she wouldn't normally do and make bad decisions.
After meeting Romeo at a party ,Romeo shows up at Juliet's house and asks her to marry him. She says yes to his proposal. This is the first thing that shows that Juliet made bad decisions because she was in love with Romeo. Juliet had just met Romeo that night and they had only talked one time. Juliet thought she was in love with Romeo the first day that she met him which caused her to say yes.¨If that thy bent of love be honorable,Thy purpose marriage, send me word tomorrow By one that I’ll procure to come to thee Where and …show more content…
After friar lawrence's plan falls through, and Romeo does does not get the messages about Juliet and the friar's plan Romeo walks into the tomb and finds Juliet ¨dead¨ but in reality Juliet is still sleeping from the potion . When Romeo finds out this he kills himself. Juliet wakes up she realizes that Romeo is dead and decides to kill herself because she can't live without Romeo in her life. ¨Yea, noise? Then I’ll be brief. O happy dagger,This is thy sheath. There rust and let me die.¨ (Act 5 Scene 2). This quote is the last thing that Juliet says before dying in the play.
