Romeo and Juliet is a timeless play written by William Shakespeare. It is a heartrending tragedy about the deaths of two young lovers. The play tells the story of two teenageers who fall deeply in love and eventually come to untimely deaths for their love. Though some people would argue that Romeo and Juliet is a romance because of how they fall in love immediately when they meet, it is a tragedy because of their fated deaths and the circumstances of their deaths.
