Essay Choice B: According to Ronald Reagan, "The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one that gets the people to do the greatest things." Describe an instance where you had to be a leader in your community. What did you learn about yourself, your leadership style, and your capacity to create change?

When I was a child, I thought that there is no need for a leader; leadership is about only a status. Learning history proved the reverse: I recognized that the leadership is an essential aspect of every community. Moreover, it has the power to make millions of people believe and follow ideas, consequently, deciding their future. There is no correlation between the size of the community and the substantialness of the leader. During study, everyone has to work in small teams, and these are is like communities that require leaders.

After dealing with the obstacle, we could move to our ambition. My idea for approaching the task was dividing it into small parts. In this case, everyone inpendendently could perform his proportion of work according to his preferences. Considering the fact that being an individual everyone has unique strength and weaknesses, I attempted to show their individuality and overcome their personal defects. That is why, before making a presentation I examined everyone’s weaknesses and mostly consentrated on them. Everyone was provided with feedback and together we tried to eliminate them.
