Profile of Employees Involved in the Study

Regarding to the field of work, the number of employee in both fields – finance as well as accounting and auditing were almost the same. There were 149 employees working in finance, which occupied 49.2% and 154 working in accounting and auditing with the proportion of 50.8%.

Most of financial staffs, accountants and auditors took place as employees in companies with 239 people compared to 303 total people conducted surveys and it was equivalent to 78.9%. In contrast, there were only 26 people work as middle and high-level manager, which acquired 8.6%. Besides, group of low-level manager included 38 people, which occupied 12.5%

About gender, the percentage of women was nearly double the percentage of man. The number of male employee was 105 that was equivalent to 34.7% and that of female was 198 with the proportion of 65.3%.

In regard to marital status, the single employees were 201 and it was equivalent to 66.3% and the married employees were 202 and this percentage (33.7%) was a little bit higher than half the percent of single employee.

About job seniority, the group of working from 1-3 years that was the biggest group with 112 employees and it was equivalent to 37% and the group of working more than 10 years was the smallest group with 24 employees which occupied 7.9%. Besides, the group of working less than 1 year included 72 employees that occupied 23.8%, the group of working from 4 to 6 years included 69 employees that occupied 22.8% and finally, the group of working between 7 and 10 years included 26 drivers that occupied 8.6%.
Regarding to age of employees in financial and banking, the group of age from 23 to 30 years old that was the biggest group with 184 employees and it dominated 60.7% and the group of age more than 65 years old, was the smallest group with 2 employees that occupied only 0.7 %. Besides that, the group of age less than 18 years old was also a small one with only 3 employees and occupied 1%. The group of age from 18 to 22 years old included 52 employees that occupied 17.2%, followed by the group between the age of 31 and 45 with 48 employees and proportion of 15.8%.
