I have been drawing for as long as I can remember. Even at a very young age, whenever I needed somewhere to escape to, I’d turn to my pencil and paper. For the longest time however, it did not occur to me that I could do more than doodles on a piece of notebook paper. But as I grew, I began to wander into other forms of art, such as charcoal, oil, acrylic, etc. That’s when I discovered all the endless possibilities. The infinite boundaries that art holds. Ever since then, I strive to better myself as an artist. Day after day I dedicate myself 100% to drawing, painting, or whatever other medium my heart desires. I am applying here to The Ryman Arts Program in hopes to improve my skills and learn more about anything that could help me grow as
