The SDS is a self-directed inventory that helps guide individuals through educational and career planning. The SDS gives you a three-letter school from the following categories: realistic (R), investigative (I), artistic (A), social (S), enterprising (E), and conventional (C). Each section has different qualities that lead to individuals taking on different occupational role. My three-letters were SEA, Social/Enterprising/Artistic. These three were clearly higher than the other sections for my personality. The “S” means that I want a job that involves helping, teaching counseling or serving others. The “E” stands for occupations that involve persuading or directing others and social success/risk-taking. Finally the “A” is for artistic and creative
