Sam Houston and his most heroic decisions. Sam Houston make a lot of heroic decisions in his life due to the fact that he was once the president of Texas. Sam Houston has made a decision to blow up the Alamo and abandon it but Jame bowie changed Sam Houston's mind. Sam Houston's most heroic decision I think was when he decided to go against slavery in the Nebraska Act.

Sam Houston wanted to make the decision to blow up the Alamo and Abandon it but it was overturned.He wanted to abandon it because he said it would have been impossible to keep up the station with the volunteers. I think this on a ok decision because James bowie made Houston change his mind. Bowie made him change his mind because Bowie said we will rather die in these ditches
