San Jose Museum of Art is located at the corner of the Market Street and West San Fernando Street in Downtown San Jose. I was confused at the first when looking for the entrance of the museum because the museum comprises two different style architecture buildings, the "historic wing" section and the "new wing section." And in my impression, a museum is usually more historical than modern. Now they have turned the old building into a café and a gift shop. The historic building struck me as the architectures in Europe of the fifteenth century where Renaissance took place. The new building has a style of contemporary architecture where is set up for exhibitions for visitors. Two buildings are interlinked. Walking from one building to another
