Subject: San Jose Mine Collapse

This is to notify that on August 5, 2010 our San Jose mine collapse in which 33 of our fellow colleagues are currently trapped in. It is too early to tell if the miners are safe, Officials and rescue aid workers were notified immediately. We are working diligently to locate the miners and save them, so far no official confirmation on the exact location.
I want to extend the opportunity for volunteers to help with the rescue efforts.
We will be investigate the cause of the cave in and take necessary measurements to avoid future accidents. Be alert and inform any unsafe situation to the inspectors.
We will have our employees updated as new information comes in. Keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

We are here today to discuss the misfortune of our colleagues and friends at San Jose mine. As we know on August 5, 2010 there was a collapse in San Jose mine. There is 33 people confirmed trapped inside the mine, revising earlier reports of 34 miners. We have yet make contact with the 33 missing miners since the collapse, which blocked an access road to the mine, and it was unclear if they reached the underground shelter stocked with enough water, food, and oxygen for up 72 hours. Right now, our main concern is to have a good rescue plan, and for this we have contacted officials and consulting with the entire technical
