During the American Revolutionary War, many battles are very famous and essential for Revolutionary War. I would like to introduce two battles which called Saratoga Campaign and Siege of Yorktown.
The first battle that I would mention is Saratoga Campaign. On June 14th, 1777, John Burgoyne leaded English military marching from Quebec to middle New York, then marched over the divide and down the Hudson Valley to Saratoga. However, since lacking of supplies, he failed in two battles on 19th September and on 7th October in Saratoga. At the end of battle, General Burgoyne’s forces surrendered to the American General Horatio Gates on October 17. It was a great turning point of the Revolutionary war. This battles makes French army turned to cooperate with America. It convinced France to enter the war in alliance with American, and French was openly providing money, soldiers, and munitions.
The second battle is Siege of Yorktown. In 1781, both American army which leaded by General George Washington and French army leaded by Comte de Rochambeau attacked English military in Yorktown. At the end of battle of Yorktown, English military surrendered to American and

He is a great thinker and philosopher. I truly like his opinions on the liberty. He wrote that the god gave us life, gave us liberty at the same time. The man hand force destroys, but cannot really destroy them. In our class, the professor said there are some unalienable rights for human beings, including life, liberty and perusing the happiness. These are basic rights for human beings. At that time, America was controlled by English, American people did not have such rights. They did not right to control their lives. They were slaves for English people. Moreover, they did not right to pursue happiness. However, English crown could not really destroy them. That’s the reason why the American people would like to against English
