Market plan
A. Industry and trend: trapping method of hunting and it is becoming popular and with furbearer boom because of people trapping and hunting and people want to wear fur hats and coats when it gets cold in Alaska or any other country.
B. Target market: I set up website, Facebook page, and have business cards when people ask what I do. I will go to bass pro and other sporting goods stores when they have events and I will travel around Alaska. Anyone can join my hunting lodge and they will get a great experience
C. Summary of my competition: my competition has a guided hunt, unguided hunt, and he does float hunts down on the river. He hunts during the fall, springs, and summer. His prices varies on what hunting he is doing and

Hunting will be from $10,000 to $20,000. If you want to hunt caribou moose and mountain that will be extra $1,000 to $21,000. Moose, Caribou, and sheep 10,000. Sheep, wolves, grizzly bear and badger 15,000. Spring grizzly and black bear 17,000. Fall moose, caribou, and grizzly bear and wolverine 18,000. Any animal that you want to get that is different would be 10,000. Alaska Grand slam 21,000 if you want to get four animals in one day Moose, caribou, grizzly or black bear, sheep, and wolverine or any other small animal
Promotion: I will promote on Facebook and I will go to different sporting goods stores and promote my business when they have events, and if they are interested they can look on website to see all the hunting and trapping of the animals we get
Pieces: I will have a web page and pictures of successful hunts. I will use Facebook to catch people’s eye of my lodge and hunting expeditions.
Placement: I will have my information on my front of my web page website in its own section of prices. You have to put 25% deposit down to book your hunt and with the balance due 60 days prior to the beginning of your hunt. Promotion area will be a different
