They must be good for their characteristic, Google and lots of things as well. Google needs the employees who are great at lots of things, willing to take the big challenges and be responsible. If can, Google company actually is looking for those employees who decide to work inside company for a long-term period but not a just for right now. Besides that, Google needs a new employee who had a well experience and background because it will be easier to set you up for success in your role.
