Alone There are many benefits to working in a group and working alone. When you’re working on your own people often tend to finish stuff in a timely manner maybe slower than others but it is a more common for people to work together to finish a goal faster. Collaboration is key to working as a group and if two people can put their minds together they can create some great projects with just their minds. It is why in schools collaboration is persuaded to their students to help with not only getting to know other students but also to help teach children to work with people they may dislike or not like to be around. The fact of the matter is, working in a group of people you may not agree with may help loosen that tension between the parties. Being forced to work with some kid you hate in school is one reason that you two may not hate each other. When you work alone people often try to ask if you would like help or if you want to join a group. This is seen as them trying to assist you and possibly make friends with you. It isn’t always a bad thing that people want to work with you as it create bonds that may even outlast the project that you may have worked on. When think about working together is only a mindset of wanting to be a part of something bigger than yourself. That is why when people work on a large project say the mechanics that worked on the rocket that landed on the moon, they must have felt a large amount of pride that they were able to contribute to the largest feet of mankind. They both have their benefits and they both shine in different applications. Working together allows you to finish bigger project in a rather short amount of time where working alone is better to complete smaller projects that take a lot of attention to detail. They both have their benefits and they can easily complete the goals that are assigned to them just in different degrees of time and size. Working on a project has its own manors of effectivity and cannot be proven to be good or bad in either way. One man can eventually complete construction of a rocket it will just take a extended amount of time to finish where working on that same rocket with a larger group of people would take far less time.
