The bell rings, everybody's stomachs are rumbling. The school lunch is non-cooked shrimp (which the grossest thing anyone can make.) At this point and time is when you have to make the biggest choice in your life, stay at school and have the disgusting shrimp or you can go out to eat but then take a risk of being late to class. Of course, I chose to go out because you can't even put the food in your mouth without wanting to throw it all back up. All day everyone is begging the upper classmen to take them out to lunch. Some being super nice and saying yes and some being really mean, answering quickly with a harsh no. I get lucky and my older brothers friend invites me to come with her. As I get in the car I am so happy that I don't have eat the disgusting lunch. We sat in the car for about 5 minutes, which felt like forever, trying to get out of the parking lot. Finally we get out of the parking lot. We get onto 5th Ave. and I am scared out of my mind because we are going 85 mph on a 25 mph road. When we finally got to Subway, I got out of the car as fast as I could. I walked in ready to eat but, as usual there was a huge line. Although it didn't take as long as I thought it would, we still had to scarf down our whole meal in less than a minute. I jumped back in the car and we drove just as fast on the way back. I don't think you should have to rush or stress every time you go to lunch. I think it should be a nice long lunch where you aren't only thinking about if your gonna make it back to school on time but enjoying your meal and being safe driving there and back. It also is not good for your body to scarf your food down as fast as you can. Also if Another thing is when you are in a rush you might step on the gas which gives a higher rate for a car accident and nobody wants that. Therefore if we have a longer lunch none of this will
