Dear Mr. Kellogg,
I love shredded wheat, especially Kellogg's Shredded Wheat. I don't have a preference when it comes to what size- the large ones, bite size or these mini little bites all make for a delicious breakfast or snack. The best thing about these new cinnamon roll flavored ones is I noticed they eliminated high fructose corn syrup, and instead added brown rice syrup. Corn syrup is much too sweet in comparison to brown rice syrup, and I definitely prefer my cereals without high fructose corn syrup. I also love the fact that there is no cholesterol and no sodium. Almost all cereals have some sodium, which I don't like. Sodium makes the heart work harder, so I look for foods that have no or low sodium. In comparing the sodium to my other favorite cereals, plain Rice Chex has 240 grams of sodium and Frosted Flakes has 140 grams of sodium. Another thing I like is these cinnamon roll little bites give me 90% of my daily iron needs, in comparison to Rice Chex 50% or Frosted Flakes 25%.

As for calories, these cinnamon roll mini bites have 190 calories for a 55g serving. Rice Chex is 100 calories for a 27g serving and Frosted Flakes 110 calories for a 30g serving. They all are pretty much even on the calories when you do the math. They are all the same on the fiber content as well- 25g of fiber for all 3 different cereals. The huge difference on these Kellogg's
