Scott McCloud defines comics as, “juxtaposed pictorial and other images in deliberate sequence, intended to convey information and/or to produce an aesthetic response in the viewer. Based on my understanding, I do think that his definition is not accurate, but partially accurate use to covey information. Because comic fails into different categories such as a time, sketch, visual sound, style, content, scary and art. It depends on how you understand and define comic. Scott refers to the people who failed to understand what comic meant, because they do define comic in a narrow meaning.
