You make a great point being Christians and that God has called on us to be servants. I completely agree when you say that servant leadership is not only for positions of authority but every one of us should want to lead being humble, helping, loving, caring and wanting the best for each other. Sadly this great trait of servant leadership is overlooked and many care more about themselves in the flesh and the materialistic possessions that they own for satisfaction and determining a level of success. A great verse for the definition listed in your discussion on servant leadership is one in Philippians, "Not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others" (Philippians 2:4).
