On Saturday, November, 07, 2015 at approximately 1933 hours, I responded to 1436 Dogwood Drive (Wal-Mart), in reference to a report of shoplifting. Upon my arrival, I met with the Melissa Mickiewicz placed miscellaneous items into her shopping cart before exiting all points of sale.
Johnson stated has he conducted a routine security inspection, he noticed Mickiewicz in the Grocery Department with multiple bags in her shopping cart. Johnson then noticed Mickiewicz select other selections and walked towards the Home Living Department. Once inside the Home Living Department, she concealed the items in her bag.
