My short term educational goals are to obtain an Associates of Business Transfer degree from OTC. Upon completion of the degree, I plan to transfer to Missouri State University to obtain my Bachelor’s in Business degree with an emphasis on Supply Chain Analytics.
This scholarship will help reduce the pressure on me to maintain myself and family while I dedicate my energies to my studies. It will also help boost my self-confidence, and give me a greater power in flexibility. Both my father and my mother never attended college; I will be the first college educated person in my family. I am currently married with 2 teenage children, and I do not plan to let that distract me from my goals.
