Over the years, minimum wage laws have benefited and hurt companies. Some companies pay their employees so much that they have less workers. Others pay less so that there are more workers. I believe that employees shouldn't get paid as much because the company will always be looking for people to hire after the previous employee(s) have quit, the company will run out of money, and everyone will try to get the job for the pay, but can due to the limited employees. Minimum wage must be decreased so that everyone has a job to go to that still gives a good paycheck.
After working at a company with a good paycheck, some will quit and others will keep working. Companies with high wages will always have people to hire because of the amount of money. In the end, money will be lost and the wage will be lowered so that the employees can be paid. Many will want a job, but can't get one because there is a limit to how many employees work at the company. If you are a person who gives their employee a high minimum wage, you will be forced to limit the amount of workers you have unless you have the money to pay everyone.
