Imagine going to a fast food restaurant and buying a chicken burger that's been frozen for a week or two and they do not make you a fresh made chicken burger this means that minimum wage should not be raised because they do not make nothing they just boil it and give it to you. This is a daily struggle for people who want fresh made hamburgers. Just frying a burger that's been frozen is not a struggle for fast food workers to do. This means that minimum wage should not be raised for fast food workers that just fry frozen stuff and give it to you.

They can gain experience that makes them more productive and helps them command higher pay for those who remain.Some people might disagree with not raising minimum wage because inexperienced people can work at a fast food restaurant. According to James Shrek “fast food jobs are relatively low-productivity positions, typically filled by inexperienced workers” (James Shrek 5). Inexperienced workers should not get their minimum wage higher because they are not experienced workers. According to james Shrek “businesses value skills like reliability, discipline and the ability to accept instructions. Fast food jobs instill these basic skills in inexperienced workers” (James Shrek 11). This quote shows that inexperienced workers should not get a higher minimum wage. Also they did not go through the hard work to get a better paying job. In summary, some people may disagree and argue that inexperienced people can work at a fast food restaurant.
