Therefore, it is vital for managers to consider fascinating employee voice such as work-related ideas, concerns and so on (Van Dyne, Ang, & Botero, 2003).

Encouraging employees to speak up can be the key point to increase efficiency and well-being. However, the risks of employee voice do exist and bland courage ought not to be followed.

1. Employee voice as the concept from idea that employees find the chances and accesses to improving their or organisational well-being and productivity (Zhou & George, 2001). Encouraging employees to participate in decision-making and speak up is believed to gain a lot for both employees and managers (Kim, MacDuffie & Pil, 2010).

2. When employees feel that they play an important role in decision-making, their well-being, job satisfaction and work performance will be obviously increased (Kim, MacDuffie & Pil, 2010).
