The silver dollar is coverd in scales because it is a fish. The silver dollar is the most popular fish for tropical fish enthusiasts. The silver dollar is a relatively peaceful species but they are also known to be aggressive tward smaller fish. The silver dollar gathers in groups known as shoals. They do this so they can catch larger pray.
