The 10th vs The 14th Amendment
The 10th amendment and 14th amendment both are rights being enforced on the citizens of the United states. The two amendment have their own different purpose . The 14th focus on the civilians rights. The 10th focuses on states right . The government are having problems on the people’s rights when the state has their own rights . These two amendments have great purpose on the rights people had .
The 10th amendment was part of the Bill of rights , this amendment was establish on Dec 15, 1791. This amendment also create the Principle of federalism and state rights .It was considered a provision of the Articles of Confederation . The states retains sovereignty, freedom, and independence , and every power, jurisdiction , and rights. The two framers had two purposes. The 14th amendment was to the United States Constitution and was found July 9 , 1868. Citizenship rights and equal protection of the laws , and help issues with slaves following The “American Civil War”. The 14th amendment was important to African Americans since it gave them Equal rights . African Americans were so excited since they have been working hard on trying to equal rights since the slavery .
