The history of our world is a long and complex tale that has been documented by countless people throughout the years. These documentations give historians a first-hand look at how life was for people across the world throughout different time periods. Two memorable authors documented their journey’s and experiences that occurred throughout their lives, William Bradford and Olaudah Equiano. These two authors lived in two different centuries and led very different lives, one as a colonist in the New World, and the other as a slave in Africa and Barbados.
