Did you know that there are six types of motivation theory’s? They are Expectancy, Attribution, social cognitive, goal, interest, and intrinsic. They are displayed very well in the characters of the movie willy Wonka and the chocolate factory. Today we will look at four of these six theory’s. The first theory, we will look at will be expectancy theory. This theory has to do with what an individual expects the outcome of a situation to be.
