Moses H. Cone Mem. Hospital Case is an important case that prevented discrimination in health care. The fight for equality in health care is the beginning of new and improved care for all patients regardless of any discrimination factors. The case laid the foundation for black people and lawyers fighting for what is right for the minorities. Without this movement, the problem could still exist today and this is a great movement that has been set in place. No one should be denied care due to color, race, sex or gender. All should be treated equally.

Every health care organization should consider a comprehensive risk management program to maximize
