Skills can be described as: the ability to do something that comes from training, experience, or practice, (Encyclopaedia Britannica Company, 2015). Therefore, those who have worked in the field of human services, should be the ones with the most skills, and teaching new recruits. Growing up through different experiences can also give people skills, which are needed to benefit others. Education is not the only method to enhance skills, because many people learn by performing their job. When dealing with situations similar to those like additions, having the proper skills will make the difference
