The pleasant smell of a fresh baked cookie or an opened brand new bag of Skittles is an exciting experience. Each Skittle is an amazing different flavor, each one a fun experience. Every Skittle has a different character in the taste, the smell, and the color. My family is like that. Every member of a family is unique like my parents, and five brothers, each is like a different flavor of Skittles.
Family is like a family sized bag of all the different kinds of Skittles. Each and every kind of Skittles are a little different. So is every family member. A member of a family can be as similar as strawberry and strawberry lime, or as unique as sour blue raspberry and sweet watermelon. She shines as a mother and a sister-in-law, joining in the fun, helping the children, and singing and dancing away the hours. The color red describes the love, joy, and friend she is. Cherry sends the scent of a hard worker who will step away from what she is doing to make things right. Kate is an addition to the family that can not be left out because she is her own unique self.
Ian, son of Tim and Kate, is like the banana berry Skittle, he is sweet and fresh, full of joy and energy. At the age of one, he can grab a car make the noise then make a face our way, making all laugh. The color yellow, meaning joy is perfect for him; he is usually joyful and sweet, his jokes are fresh and silly. The scent that the banana berry gives is his, bring all to his side willing to play with him and show the handsome boy off. Grape, extra sweet and smiley. Lemon, silly and sour ready to anger. Green Apple, outside ready to help with a laugh. Orange, sweet, kind and joyful. Strawberry, bright and fresh with a silly joke. Purple, sending someone away in laughter and frustration. Yellow, bringing laughter at their anger. Green, in peace, he is helping to send a joke our way. Orange, the perfect guy dropping a joyful comment with a sweet smile. Red, sending everyone to the floor in laughter, red for breath. He is always dropping a joke even if it is offensive and angering. Even the offended ones will laugh and have fun while family rebukes him. The fragrance is drawing all who need a laugh and putting a smile on all faces. Danny is more unique than others; he has more of everything than any of his brothers and his parents except seriousness which he does not carry.
Matthew, the youngest, is like the strawberry starfruit skittles, sweet, smiley, and creative. Ready with a flavorful drawing full of talent and color. Tasty sweet stories fly through the air. Ready with a sugary sweet smile as he gives all he can to those he loves, a bright friendly smile for long-wanted attention.
