For the purpose of this peer review I will consider the following articles; “Mental health treatment needs among pregnant and postpartum woman/girl entering substance abuse treatment”, and “Relationship of maternal smoking during pregnancy with criminal arrest and hospitalization of substance abuse in male and female adult offspring”.
