There are 12 seconds left in the game. I was dribbling the soccer ball then I pass the ball to my friend Krystal who was about to kick the ball in the goal when she tripped over the ball and fell on the ground. She laughed right when she hit the ground knowing our team wouldn’t score the winning point of the soccer game. The whistles blew after she got up and we said good game to the other team. We practiced soccer at the park for a few more hours until it started getting dark out so, we started walking home. As we walked, we talked about how winter break was going to be after school was out again.

I walked close behind her as I carried the picnic basket. When we got to the park, we enjoyed the picnic with our friends and we decided to play wiffle ball at the park then we decided to walk home again.We saw Trevor walking towards the street so, we decided to see where he was going. We found out Trevor was walking home to (his house is partially close to our houses) so we walked with him. We started walking but I could tell something was off about Trevor tonight so I let Krystal do most of the talking.
“Hey Krystal can I talk to you in private?” Trevor stated calmly.
“ Sure?” She said confused. I walked behind the wall of the alley way giving them some privacy. All of the sudden I hear Krystal scream and I run around the corner to see her lifeless body on the ground. I looked up and saw Trevor clutching a knife in his right hand. I gasp and ran around the corner to call the police. Trevor quickly comes around the corner and tries stabbing me also but I blocked it. I punch him in the stomach and he drops to the ground.
“I didn’t mean to kill her.” He said with his eyes tearing up.
