People are exposed to large amounts of stress each day. With issues at work, troubled relationships and bills can upset anyone and complicate life. This problem is a social anxiety. The modern world is spread with these issues. There are two main causes in social anxiety environmental and biological, and how we handle them is determined by how we are raised to control our anxieties. The environment we live in has a big effect on how people feel, and it is important to figure the causes leading to sociological disorder. Everyone has a fight or flight response to situations. If you have excessive fear you will more than likely flight which means to run from a situation also if the person anxiety level is too much to handle. When a person has a fight response their anxieties are managed through anger and can be used in violent ways. When put in a situation no one knows what they are going to react with some may think they will fight but instead they flight it is very difficult to understand what your reaction will be until put in the spot of the issue. …show more content…

If you had a troublesome childhood then you might be more likely as an adult to have anxieties over certain circumstances that remind you of your childhood. Your childhood constructs how you will be as an adult. If a kid is loved and respected by parents, he or she later assumes that other people treat them in the same way.
