What is the main point of going to school? Some would say it’s to help you graduate with a high GPA. Others would say it’s to build social skills or prepare students for becoming an adult. Along with having different ideas on school there are different methods for school too. For example, social promotion which allows a student to move up a grade level even if they don’t have all the skills to do so. Social promotion can help benefit a student mentally and socially but can it benefit them academically?
