Ms. Taneilia Webster arrived at BHWS on 3/8/2016; Ms. Webster is a Black American, born and raised in New York City. In the meeting, Ms. Webster was appropriately dressed for the weather, she appeared her stated age, and was in no acute distress. She was oriented to person, place, time and situation. There was no evidence of psychosis and client denied suicidal or homicidal ideation.

Client entered the shelter system on 10/03/2014, client states she is homeless due verbal abused with her mother. Client reported she has no one to reunite with at this time. Client continues to report she is a safety transferred from Fane Women’s Shelter. Client refuses to elaborate the reason she was transferred.

Client is currently as a Security Officer
