The Greek philosopher Socrates gives a strong reason for the objectivist position, and this is that the Gods love an act or action because they detect the piety in them. Therefore, the definition given by Euthyphro cannot be the right definition. Yes, these are compelling because if we take an example of morality, we can experience that some people call a particular action executed by a person moral and some, call the same action immoral. There is some universal condition or rule attached to morality. In the absence of this universal condition, a particular action becomes immoral for the same people.
