On Sunday July 15, 2012 I sent my water damaged MacBook pro to ifixyouri to be fixed at the Palm Beach Gardens location. After a week they didn't fix it. I waited another week and still not fixed. I was sick and tired of the awful service so I had them ship it to a company in California called Creative IT. They were awesome they fixed my computer in 3 days and they shipped it back to me. On August the 8th I received my computer back from Creative IT. Only to find out I could not use it because the charger, battery, and my hard drive were missing. I called Creative IT asking if they had it they showed documents that ifixyouri never sent it. I called ifixyouri and they said they sent it to Creative IT. This was very finished after talking to ifixyouri for a couple days they looked. They never found the hard drive or battery but they had my charger. This seems odd that they would have my charger but not any of my other parts when it was all in a bundle. I then was told a week later the 15 that they had misplaced it. They read me the terms that I signed on saying they aren't responsible for loose parts. Before I had sent my computer I called Ifixyouri and they said to send everything apart of the computer because it would cause more damage to the computer I sent the charger, hard drive, and battery all in one bundle wrapped together.I feel it is very suspicious that they have my charger and not everything else when they were all in one bundle in one box.
